Kuwait’s Armed Forces intercepted eight ballistic missiles and 19 drones within Kuwaiti airspace over the past 24 hours, with no human casualties or material damage recorded, according to Ministry of Defence Spokesman Colonel Saud Abdulaziz Al-Otaibi.
The Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Inspection Group handled four separate reports during the same period.
The Armed Forces urged citizens and residents not to approach or touch any drone wreckage, components, or debris due to the extreme danger they pose, and to report any findings by calling the emergency number 112.
US President Donald Trump issued a 48-hour ultimatum to Iran via Truth Social, warning that “all hell will reign down on them” if a deal is not reached or the Strait of Hormuz is not opened. Trump reminded Tehran of his earlier ten-day deadline, saying time is “running out.”
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that he has terminated the legal status of Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter, who until recently held green cards and were living in the United States. Afshar is the niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani.
Rubio described Afshar as an outspoken supporter of the Iranian regime who celebrated attacks on Americans and referred to the US as the “Great Satan.” Both are now in ICE custody pending removal from the country.
Rubio said the Trump administration “will not allow our country to become a home for foreign nationals who support anti-American terrorist regimes.”
Bahrain’s General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force announced that air defences have intercepted and destroyed 188 ballistic missiles and 453 drones targeting the kingdom since the onset of Iranian hostilities, according to the Bahrain News Agency.
The BDF emphasised that the use of ballistic missiles and drones against civilian areas and private property constitutes a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and the UN Charter, adding that the indiscriminate attacks represent a direct threat to regional peace and security.

Since the start of Iranian attacks, the UAE has cumulatively intercepted 498 ballistic missiles, 23 cruise missiles, and 2,141 drones.
The attacks have resulted in the deaths of two UAE armed forces members, a Moroccan civilian contracted by the military, and ten civilians of Pakistani, Nepali, Bangladeshi, Palestinian, Indian, and Egyptian nationalities. A total of 217 people have been injured with wounds ranging from minor to severe, among nationals from dozens of countries including the UAE, Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia, the Philippines, Pakistan, Iran, India, Bangladesh, Morocco, Russia and others.
The Ministry of Defence affirmed it remains fully prepared to counter any threats and will firmly respond to anything that undermines the country’s security, sovereignty, and stability.
US President Donald Trump suggested the US could “take the oil” and “make a fortune” if given a little more time, saying opening the Strait of Hormuz would be “a gusher for the world.”
“Keep the oil, anyone?,” he said via a post on Truth Social.
Qatar’s Ministry of Defence revealed that the country was targeted by multiple drones launched from Iran on Friday, all of which were successfully intercepted and neutralised by the Qatari Armed Forces, according to the Qatar News Agency.
The Jordan Armed Forces announced that the Royal Jordanian Air Force successfully intercepted and shot down two Iranian missiles heading toward locations inside Jordan over the past 24 hours, according to the Military Media Directorate.
The Public Security Directorate reported that specialised units responded to 17 incidents involving falling debris and projectiles during the same period.
Two individuals in Zarqa Governorate sustained moderate injuries as a result, while material damage was recorded including to a house in Zarqa from blast impact and to a vehicle in Karak Governorate struck by shrapnel.
Kuwait’s Ministry of Defence announced that air defence systems intercepted nine missiles – seven ballistic and two cruise – along with 26 drones over the past 24 hours amid the current regional escalation.

Bahrain’s Ministry of Interior announced that four civilians sustained minor injuries and a number of homes in Sitra were damaged following debris from the interception and destruction of an Iranian drone.
The Civil Defence Directorate and National Ambulance immediately began response procedures at the site.
