Emirates and Dubai Chambers signed a memorandum of understanding on 28 September at Seamless Middle East 2026, with the agreement designed to help Dubai-based small and medium enterprises expand into international markets through air cargo and business travel benefits.
The deal was signed by Adnan Kazim, Emirates Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, and Khalid AlJarwan, Executive Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers.
Under the agreement, members of Dubai Chamber of Commerce – one of three chambers operating under the Dubai Chambers umbrella – will gain access to Emirates SkyCargo’s cross-border logistics services across more than 150 destinations on six continents.
The cargo division’s wide-body fleet, which includes Boeing 777, Airbus A380, and Airbus A350 aircraft, will be made available alongside Emirates Courier Express, the airline’s door-to-door international shipping product aimed at giving smaller businesses affordable express freight options.
On the travel side, SME members will be able to enrol in Emirates Business Rewards, the airline’s loyalty programme for small and medium-sized organisations. First-time members from Dubai Chamber of Commerce will receive a 2,000-point welcome bonus. The two organisations will also run joint events and promotional activities to help members earn rewards on Dubai Chambers-related services.

Additional benefits and incentives through Emirates Business Rewards, including welcome bonus points and co-branded card rewards will also go a long way in supporting SMEs in their international outreach. Beyond freight access and travel rewards, Emirates SkyCargo and Dubai Chambers said they would jointly develop workshops, knowledge-sharing platforms, and cargo advisory programmes to help startups optimise their supply chains.
