Accor and Dubai-based developer CITYVIEW Developments have signed an agreement for Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan, a mixed-use project that will introduce what the companies describe as the world’s first branded office concept under an international hospitality brand.
Announced at the Future Hospitality Summit in 2026, the development is scheduled to open in 2029. It will comprise 282 Pullman-branded residences alongside a collection of branded offices available for sale — the latter representing a first for Accor globally, extending the hospitality group into commercial real estate for the first time.
The residential component will offer one- to four-bedroom units and a range of amenities including meeting and events spaces, a screening room, a games room, a padel court, an outdoor kids’ area, three food and drink concepts, and fitness and wellness facilities. Residents will also have access to Accor’s Owner Benefits Programme, which provides privileges across participating Accor properties worldwide.

The project sits in Meydan Horizon, roughly five minutes from Downtown Dubai, five to ten minutes from DIFC, and 15 to 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport. Accor and CITYVIEW cited views toward Burj Khalifa and Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary as part of the site’s appeal.
The two companies have an existing portfolio of joint projects spanning the UAE, Turkey, and Georgia, including Hyde Residences Dubai Hills and Hyde Hotel Bodrum. Pullman Hotels & Resorts currently operates more than 150 properties across more than 40 countries.
