Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority has partnered with Europcar to offer nol Travel cardholders discounts of up to 40% on car rentals, starting September 1, 2026 and running for one year.
The deal covers Europcar’s network across 140 countries, meaning cardholders can use the discount when renting abroad, not only within the UAE.
Europcar Dubai is operated by Eurogulf Mobility Group, which has held the Europcar franchise for Dubai and the Northern Emirates since 1976.
The nol Travel card already covers fare payments across Dubai’s public transport network, including the Metro, bus, tram, and public taxis, as well as public parking.
It also gives cardholders access to offers from more than 100 brands across hotels, restaurants, retail, and entertainment. The Europcar tie-up adds car rental to that ecosystem, extending the card’s utility beyond public transport into private and international travel.
RTA said the partnership is intended to translate strategic agreements into practical benefits for commuters, and sits within its broader push to build what it describes as an integrated and flexible mobility ecosystem across Dubai.
