Bluewaters by Dubai Retail is marking the 10th edition of Dubai Fitness Challenge with a new open-air concept: a floating fitness hub built over the sea, running complimentary sessions daily from October 31 to November 29.
The programme was developed in partnership with UAE-based performance wear brand SQUATWOLF, whose trainers, including Tanya Zag, Pat Layi and Joao Caldas, will lead classes across the month.
Sessions are free and open to all fitness levels, running seven days a week throughout the Dubai Fitness Challenge’s 30×30 window.
The class schedule spans HIIT, Pilates, strength training, mobility and recovery work, as well as more offbeat formats such as Shadowboxing, Sunset Strength and Strength on Water.
The line-up is designed to rotate and evolve over the month rather than repeat a fixed weekly timetable.
Bluewaters, positioned on a man-made island off Jumeirah Beach Residence, provides a waterfront backdrop that distinguishes the hub from the dozens of other 30×30 activations running across the city this month. The floating platform format is a first for the destination.
Bookings and the full class schedule are available via the @BluewatersDubai Instagram account.
