National Properties, the real estate arm of Shari’a-compliant savings group National Bonds, has completed 399 Hills Park in Dubai Hills Estate and begun handing over units to buyers.
The development comprises 399 residential units split across two towers. The tower designated for sale was fully subscribed and residents are now receiving their keys.
National Properties is holding the second tower as an income-generating asset within the group’s Mudaraba portfolio, which underpins returns for National Bonds savers.
“The completion and handover of 399 Hills Park represents an important achievement for National Properties and reinforces our commitment to developing high-quality real estate assets that deliver sustainable value. At National Bonds, we believe disciplined saving is what turns life goals into reality, and owning a home remains one of the most important of those goals for people in the UAE. Seeing families receive the keys to their new homes is a powerful reflection of that purpose. By retaining the second tower, we are also building recurring income for the Mudaraba portfolio that underpins returns for our savers,” Mohammed Qasim Al Ali, Group CEO of National Bonds said in a statement
The project completes against an active backdrop for Dubai real estate. According to Dubai Land Department data, 104 projects valued at more than AED 111 billion were completed across the first half of 2026.
National Properties has also recently launched an AED 500 million Grade A commercial tower in Barsha Heights, extending its portfolio into the office segment.
Amenities at 399 Hills Park include temperature-controlled swimming pools, gyms, saunas, a padel court, basketball facilities, club lounges, children’s play zones and rooftop BBQ terraces.
