Alex Warren has been confirmed for this year’s Yasalam presented by e& entertainment programme at the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, with his set scheduled for Etihad Live on Friday, December 4. A second headline act for the same evening is yet to be announced.
“We are delighted to bring Alex Warren to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. He’s one of the most talked-about voices in music today, and his warmth and stage presence make him a perfect addition to our week-long entertainment offering for fans. Yasalam has a proud track record of bringing chart-topping global talent to Abu Dhabi, and Alex is a brilliant addition to that legacy. He will form part of an exciting double-bill, with another global superstar still to be revealed, giving fans even more to look forward to this December,” David Powell, Chief Portfolio & Strategy Officer at Ethara LiveF said in a statement.
Warren’s arrival on the bill follows the earlier confirmation of Lewis Capaldi and Zara Larsson on Thursday, December 3, Imagine Dragons on Saturday, December 5, and The Chainsmokers and The Script as a double-bill closing out Sunday, December 6.
Beyond the after-race concerts, this year’s Yasalam programme includes Andrea Bocelli bringing his Romanza tour to Etihad Arena on December 2, Anyma headlining the Official After Party at Yas Gateway Park on December 4, and CamelPhat and Black Coffee playing Circle at 16/360 at Yas Marina Circuit on December 5 and 6, respectively.
The 23-year-old American singer-songwriter broke through in 2025 when his single Ordinary spent ten weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 and thirteen weeks at number one on the UK Singles Chart.
His debut studio album, You’ll Be Alright, Kid, re-released in July 2025, reached the top five in the US and earned platinum certification. He received a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist.
After-race concerts are exclusive to Abu Dhabi Grand Prix ticket holders. Golden Circle upgrades for the Friday night show go on sale September 30 at 12pm.
