Mohamed Alabbar has offered the first public glimpse of Dubai Square Mall, a luxury retail development planned for Dubai Creek Harbour.
In an Instagram post, the Emaar chairman shared an architectural rendering of the mall’s interior alongside the caption: “Dubai Square Mall in Dubai Creek Harbour — where elegance meets high fashion, coming soon.”
The rendering depicts a multi-level atrium with soaring pointed arches in cream and off-white tones finished with gold trim, polished marble floors, and a central skylight. Retail frontages line both the ground floor and upper balconies along a wide central corridor, with large spherical planters and mature trees positioned throughout the walkway. The design blends Islamic geometric arch motifs with contemporary luxury mall aesthetics.
No opening date, floor area, or tenant details were included in the post. Dubai Creek Harbour, a mixed-use waterfront district developed by Emaar, is situated on the eastern edge of Dubai along the Dubai Creek.
