Emaar Properties and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) have launched Terra Gardens, the second community within Expo Living at Expo City Dubai.

The launch follows Terra Heights, the first phase of the master-planned community developed through the joint venture between Emaar and DWTC.

Terra Gardens comprises 560 units and forms part of a masterplan spanning 451,295 square metres. The overall Expo Living development will feature five communities totalling 3,555 units. The community sits adjacent to Expo Mall, which provides retail, dining and leisure facilities for residents.

The community offers jogging tracks, yoga and meditation zones, padel and multi-use sports courts, children’s play areas and a pet park.
