Emaar Properties and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) have launched Terra Gardens, the second community within Expo Living at Expo City Dubai.
The launch follows Terra Heights, the first phase of the master-planned community developed through the joint venture between Emaar and DWTC.
Terra Gardens adds 560 units to Expo living master-planned community
Terra Gardens comprises 560 units and forms part of a masterplan spanning 451,295 square metres. The overall Expo Living development will feature five communities totalling 3,555 units. The community sits adjacent to Expo Mall, which provides retail, dining and leisure facilities for residents.

Expo Living combines residential, retail, hospitality and commercial elements with public spaces and amenities. The development includes a central park, outdoor jogging track, cinema and workout stations.
Sports facilities include padel courts and volleyball courts. Terra Gardens features landscaped courtyards, shaded walkways, green parks and fitness facilities.
The community offers jogging tracks, yoga and meditation zones, padel and multi-use sports courts, children’s play areas and a pet park.

The development aligns with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Plan and integrates sustainable practices and people-centric urban planning.
Emaar and DWTC stated that subsequent community launches will be announced in due course. The joint venture continues to develop Expo Living as a destination within Expo City Dubai.
Residents will have access to cultural, leisure and entertainment offerings at Expo City Dubai, which are located minutes from Terra Gardens.
The launch represents the continuation of the partnership between Emaar Properties and Dubai World Trade Centre in developing the site of the former Expo 2020 Dubai into a residential and commercial hub.
