ELEVATE has appointed Pinnacle Piling for the piling and foundation works package at its Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences project, in a contract worth AED 50 million.
The contract award marks a milestone for the AED 1.8 billion development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, with shoring works already completed and the project running ahead of its construction programme.
“We were the fastest-selling project on the island and now we are setting the pace in construction too. That is exactly how we want to be judged – the strength of both our vision and our execution,” Zeeshaan Shah, Founder & Chairman of ELEVATE said in a statement.

Pinnacle Piling has more than 35 years of experience in geotechnical and foundation works and has delivered a number of projects across the region.

The appointment comes as the development continues to draw demand from the market. Phase 1 of the project has sold out, with Phase 2 attracting interest from buyers.
The Mondrian-branded development sits on the shores of Al Marjan Island and forms part of ELEVATE’s broader plan to deliver hospitality-driven residential projects across the region’s growth destinations.
Al Marjan Island has drawn attention as a destination for leisure and luxury development, and ELEVATE’s project is among the high-profile schemes under construction on the island.
