TownX, a Dubai-based real estate developer with an AED4 billion project portfolio, has reached 40 per cent construction progress on its Ashley Hills project four months after launch.
The AED662 million development is located in Arjan and will feature 616 residential units across 400,000 square feet of sellable area.
The project offers apartments designed for families and investors in one of Dubai‘s developing districts.

Site mobilisation, enabling works, piling and foundations, and substructure works have been completed. Work on the superstructure and internal elements has advanced, while the external envelope and building services are underway. Internal finishes are in progress, with external works and infrastructure scheduled to begin in the coming months.
TownX appointed Ocean Stone as the main contractor in August 2025. Ocean Stone brings experience in large-scale residential developments to the project.

Ashley Hills in Arjan offers connectivity to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. The location provides access to schools, retail centres, parks, and facilities.
TownX was established in 2017 and has delivered over 1,567 units, with 1,174 apartments currently in development. The company has delivered Easy18, Easy19, Luma21, Luma22 and Luma Park Views in Jumeirah Village Circle. Current projects include 11 Hills Park at Dubai Science Park and Ashley Hills in Arjan.
