Dubai Properties, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded contracts worth AED 1.1 billion to Metac General Contracting Co. LLC for the construction of 850 townhouses at Villanova in Dubailand.
The contracts cover phase 1 and phase 2 of La Tilia, a development within the Villanova community. The 850 homes comprise 500 three-bedroom and 350 four-bedroom units. Phase 1 accounts for 410 units, while phase 2 will add 440 homes.
Since its launch, Villanova has delivered 3,834 homes. The community serves the mid-market and upper mid-market segments. The expansion follows demand for communities with green space, connectivity and access to road networks and infrastructure.
