Al Habtoor Group has announced plans to build a commercial tower at Habtoor City in Dubai, with a value exceeding AED 5 billion.
Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, founder and chairman of Al Habtoor Group, made the announcement on X on Wednesday, describing the project as “a new project for Al Habtoor Group” that “will be a prominent landmark in Habtoor City.”
Al Habtoor said the tower is the first in a series of projects the group intends to announce this year, with developments planned in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. He described the announcements as “part of our ongoing plans for expansion and growth.”

In his statement, Al Habtoor pointed to the UAE as a destination for investment, citing “security, stability, advanced infrastructure, and services that are hard to find a match for anywhere else.”
He credited the country’s leadership, saying it “never stops working, and watches over our comfort, security, and stability.”
“We believe in this land, and we invest in it with confidence, because security, safety, and the future are here,” Al Habtoor said.
The group has not yet released further details on the tower’s design, timeline or tenants. Al Habtoor said more information would be revealed “soon.”
