Sobha Realty has announced that Sobha Crest Grande has received its Building Completion Certificate (BCC), with customer handovers scheduled to commence shortly.
The development is located in the waterfront district of Sobha Hartland and comprises 985 units. It offers proximity to key landmarks including the Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai, and Dubai International Airport.
