Sobha Group has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Project Management Institute to expand access to professional certifications, training, and project management standards for its workforce.

The MoU was signed by Francis Alfred, Managing Director of Sobha Realty, and Hanny Alshazly, PMI’s Managing Director for the Middle East and North Africa, at an official ceremony attended by senior representatives from both organisations.

Under the agreement, Sobha Group professionals will gain access to PMI’s suite of certifications, learning resources, and global project management standards. The collaboration also covers knowledge-sharing initiatives, executive participation in industry forums, and joint case studies intended to document and disseminate leading practices across the real estate sector.
