US President Donald Trump suggested the US could “take the oil” and “make a fortune” if given a little more time, saying opening the Strait of Hormuz would be “a gusher for the world.”
“Keep the oil, anyone?,” he said via a post on Truth Social.
Qatar’s Ministry of Defence revealed that the country was targeted by multiple drones launched from Iran on Friday, all of which were successfully intercepted and neutralised by the Qatari Armed Forces, according to the Qatar News Agency.
