Dubai Safari Park will reopen for its eighth season on October 12, introducing a new brand platform and a premium offering for travel trade partners as it looks to build on a record-breaking season seven.

The park’s seventh season delivered strong commercial results. B2B ticket sales rose 16% year-on-year, B2B revenue grew 26%, and trade-sourced visitors accounted for 62% of total weekday footfall. Safari bundles remained the most popular visitor option, with 72% of guests opting for the package.

Ahead of the new season, Dubai Safari Park unveiled its new identity at the 33rd edition of Arabian Travel Market.

“The strong growth we have seen from our travel trade partners this season gives us great confidence as we look ahead to Season eight. We are continuing to strengthen our international partnerships and introducing new experiences that give our trade partners even more ways to showcase Dubai Safari Park to their clients,” Muna Al Hajeri, Park Director, Dubai Safari Park said in a statement.

The brand platform, “Live More Wild Life”, is positioned around wildlife connection and conservation, building on a season in which the park joined both the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums and the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria. Season seven also saw 144 animals born at the park, among them Salam, a Southern White Rhino classified as Near Threatened by the IUCN, and Zuri, a giraffe.

“Our new brand platform, ‘Live More Wild Life’, captures what we want every visitor to take away from their time with us – a greater sense of connection, curiosity and appreciation for wildlife and the natural world. We look forward to welcoming even more visitors from the UAE and around the world to experience the park in new ways,” she added.

The headline trade product for season eight is the Royal Safari Experience, a four-hour private tour for groups of up to 10 guests. The offering includes VIP treatment, reserved seating, and private guided access across the park, and is designed to give tour operators a premium product to slot into bespoke itineraries.

On the market representation side, the park has appointed Buzz Marketing as its official sales and marketing representative in India, and Action Global to cover Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
