Dubai Holding Community Management and Etihad Energy Services (Etihad ESCO) have signed a memorandum of understanding to advance energy efficiency and sustainability across Dubai Holding’s managed communities.
The agreement was signed by Francis Giani, Chief Community Management Officer at Dubai Holding Community Management, and Dr. Waleed Al Nuaimi, CEO of Etihad ESCO.
It covers three areas: energy optimisation and efficiency projects, solar energy solutions for residential communities, and knowledge-sharing to pilot new sustainability initiatives.

Residents and owners across Dubai Holding’s communities are expected to gain access to energy-efficient systems, renewable energy options, and smarter consumption monitoring tools.
Dubai Holding is a signatory of the MOCCAE Climate-Responsible Companies Pledge and has committed to supporting the UAE’s net zero targets by 2050.
