Al Hamra has opened a show apartment at its Waldorf Astoria Residences development on Al Marjan Island, offering buyers a first look at a project due to complete by the end of Q4 2027.
The Ras Al Khaimah-based developer describes the tower as the first Waldorf Astoria branded residence in the Gulf and only the third beachfront Waldorf Astoria Residences globally, after Miami and Costa Rica.
The collection is limited to 34 units across two and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses, and a single Sky Palace.

The show apartment demonstrates how we have curated every detail to honor and enhance this remarkable coastal setting,” Benoy Kurien, Group Chief Executive Officer at Al Hamra said in a statement.
The show apartment faces the Arabian Gulf and the Wynn Al Marjan Island resort, with sea-facing units fitted with twelve-metre-wide minimal-frame doors opening onto terraces. Inside, the interiors feature marble flooring throughout, with discrete service circulation designed to keep staff movement separate from residents.
The show kitchen is equipped with Gaggenau appliances, Italian marble surfaces, Quooker taps, and integrated Sonos audio. The master bathroom, also finished in marble, includes a rain shower, bath, and Maserbath acoustic speakers. A home automation system manages lighting, climate, scent, and sound.
