Wasl Group, one of Dubai’s real estate developers, has announced the opening of Central Park at Wasl Gate, its master-planned community in Jebel Ali.
Covering approximately 82,700 sqm, Central Park has been designed as a shared space that supports how residents engage with their community, with provision for movement, activity, pause and gathering.
The launch coincides with 2026 being marked as the Year of the Family, an initiative highlighting togetherness, wellbeing and quality of life.

According to Wasl Group, Central Park reflects its “ongoing commitment to creating environments that foster meaningful connections and enrich everyday living.”
The park also supports the goals of the Dubai Social Agenda 33, which places emphasis on family cohesion, social wellbeing and inclusive environments that strengthen community bonds.
The park has been designed to cater to a range of age groups and brings together a variety of spaces. These include jogging and cycling tracks, sports courts and a skate park, alongside picnic areas, an amphitheatre lawn and a dedicated food truck area.
Central Park has been developed using environmentally friendly and sustainable materials, which Wasl Group has said reflects its commitment to creating spaces that are both people-centric and environmentally conscious.
The park is one of the largest within a residential community in the emirate and is now open to residents and the wider public.
