Traininpink, the women’s fitness platform built around a proprietary Pilates method designed to support lymphatic drainage, has officially launched its app in the UAE and the United Kingdom.

The company, headquartered in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, says it has reached more than 200,000 women across Europe and the Middle East since founding in 2019, with over 50,000 paying subscribers.

The platform was co-founded by Carlotta Gagna, who developed Pilates Linfodrenante® over several years of clinical work with female clients. The method combines controlled, low-impact movement sequences with breathing techniques, mobility work, and targeted self-massage, all structured around stimulating the lymphatic system. The thinking behind it is that conventional Pilates builds strength and flexibility, but doesn’t directly address fluid retention, circulation, or what Gagna describes as the recovery-governing parasympathetic nervous system.

“Pilates Linfodrenante® was born out of years of working with thousands of women who wanted visible, lasting results but were not finding them in traditional formats. The method addresses female physiology directly, with attention to lymphatic drainage, fluid balance, and recovery, because those are the areas where most women feel the difference most quickly. Bringing the app to the UAE is a natural step. We are a Dubai-based company, and we want women in this region to have access to a method that was designed for how they actually live and feel, not a generic workout plan translated from somewhere else,” Carlotta Gagna, Co-Founder of Traininpink said in a statement.

The app works through an initial assessment that places users in a tailored programme, with the flexibility to switch tracks as goals change. Sessions can run as short as fifteen minutes through a dedicated Express programme. No equipment is required, and the content is available in both English and Italian.

Beyond workouts, the platform integrates a nutrition offering with more than 4,000 recipes updated monthly, covering omnivore, pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free profiles. Users can also consult directly with Traininpink’s in-house licensed nutritionists.

The UAE launch extends a period of structured European growth and reflects the company’s existing base here. The team now employs more than thirty people across operations. Traininpink‘s pricing starts at $10.00 per month billed annually, with a 7-day free trial available on App Store and Google Play.
