Club 15, a 15,000 sqm sports and lifestyle venue in Al Quoz, opens on Friday, October 30. Founded by Lebanese basketball icon Fadi El Khatib, the facility takes its name from the jersey number that defined his playing career and is designed to serve athletes, families, and the broader community.

The venue’s training offer spans a 5,700 sqm two-storey gym, seven indoor padel courts with 15-metre ceilings, three basketball courts, Reformer Pilates studios, and dedicated spaces for HIIT, boxing, functional training and yoga. An open-air rooftop gym and courtside lounges complete the training floor.

Recovery infrastructure sits alongside the active facilities: a heated 25-metre semi-Olympic pool, ice baths and cold-therapy facilities, a hydrotherapy jacuzzi, infrared sauna, Normatec recovery, and a 250 sqm physiotherapy clinic. The club is built around a stated philosophy of Prepare. Perform. Recover. Progress.

Programming for younger members includes a dedicated kids area and daycare, gymnastics and parkour, and youth academies for basketball and padel. A gaming lounge, in-house café, premium lounges, and a podcast studio extend the social offer. Partners include adidas, Red Bull and Joe and The Juice. A digital platform will handle bookings, loyalty and events.

“I didn’t want to build another gym. I wanted to build a home for sport- somewhere you can train, compete, recover, bring your children, meet people, have a coffee and feel you belong to something. Fifteen was never just a jersey number to me, and now, with my boys carrying it professionally too, I want it to represent a standard every athlete, child and family can be part of. The academies are an important part of that vision, giving the next generation a place to discover their potential, develop their skills and build their own relationship with sport,” Fadi El Khatib, Founder, Club 15 said in a statement.

Club 15 is located in Al Quoz with access to Al Khail Road and more than 300 parking spaces. It will be open daily from 6am to 11pm. Founding-member privileges are available to early joiners.
