R.Evolution has revealed plans for Eywa Way of Water, a waterfront residential development on the Dubai Water Canal that will house 65 private residences.
The project, designed by Zane Tetere of OAD Architects, forms the second phase of the Eywa Collection. The building will feature glazed ceramic panels and marine-inspired bas-reliefs depicting stingrays, sea urchins and other ocean forms on its facade.
Each residence will include air purification systems with MERV14+ filtration and ionisation, alongside Sound Vibration Harmonised Living Water systems. Bedrooms will be EMF-shielded and include grounded sockets.

The interiors will use Roman marble, multilayer beech and oak parquet, and materials selected for air quality. The development has received WiredScore Platinum pre-certification.
The project is pursuing LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certification. Hydroponic micro-farms will use 90% less water than traditional methods, while energy strategies aim to reduce consumption by 40%.
One floor will be dedicated to wellness facilities, offering 45 experiences. These include six swimming pools, with a 25-metre infinity pool and an indoor pool, Himalayan salt saunas, infrared and herbal saunas, cryotherapy, Ayurvedic and Japanese therapy suites, and a hammam.

The building will house a 15-metre high Crystal Sound Meditation Pyramid, a meditation labyrinth, and a 500-metre Tiger Eye barefoot pathway.
The Eywa Clubhouse will contain a library of 2,500 volumes, private dining salons, a cinema, a music terrace, and a cigar lounge. Sound-healing rituals, gong ceremonies and candlelit gatherings will be held regularly.
“Eywa Way of Water is not simply a building. It is a living ecosystem where architecture, energy, ritual, and nature work together to elevate life itself. This is the future of luxury real estate: regenerative, intentional, and deeply human,” Alex Zagrebelny, Chairman & CEO of R.Evolution said in a statement.
R.Evolution has delivered projects with a combined value exceeding €600 million. The developer has completed 2.5 million square feet of projects and has 5 million square feet in development.
The first Eywa development, Eywa Tree of Life, received the World’s Best Property 2024 award from the International Property Awards. It won three categories at the 2025-2026 Arabian, Dubai and Saudi Arabian Property and Hotel Awards: Apartment/Condominium Development – Dubai, Residential High-Rise Development – Dubai, and Single Apartment/Condominium – Dubai.
