AMIS Development has confirmed that the six signature mansions within the Jacob & Co. Fleurs de Jardin development in Meydan District 11 sold out before the project’s public launch, generating AED 300 million in total sales.
The homes were never publicly marketed. Instead, they were offered privately to a select group of ultra-high-net-worth buyers and fully reserved within weeks of construction breaking ground in June.
“This milestone is about far more than the sale of six exceptional residences. It reflects the confidence that today’s global luxury buyers continue to place their trust in Dubai and in developers like us, who consistently deliver on our commitments.” “The ultra-high-net-worth buyer has evolved. They are looking beyond prestige alone and seeking certainty in every aspect – from execution and quality to the confidence that what is promised will be delivered. At AMIS, we have always believed that trust is earned through action. We build before we sell, we invest ahead of demand, and we remain committed to creating enduring value rather than chasing short-term momentum,” Neeraj Mishra, Founder and CEO of AMIS Development said in a statement.
Each mansion sits on a private plot of more than 9,100 sq ft and extends across four levels totalling over 17,000 sq ft, with six en-suite bedrooms, private elevators, dedicated staff quarters, and a sculptural staircase as the architectural centrepiece.
The basement alone spans over 5,800 sq ft and houses a private cinema, golf simulator, fitness studio, and secured parking with direct access into the residence.
Outdoor features include an infinity pool, fireplace, and a dedicated yoga and meditation courtyard. A private spa and wellness lounge is reserved solely for the six mansion owners.
Jacob Arabo, the brand’s founder, shaped the design of the mansions directly, with the aesthetic drawing on his watchmaking and haute jewellery background, expressed through proportions, finishes, and spatial flow.
The wider Fleurs de Jardin community comprises 19 villas and the six mansions, with shared amenities including a community lagoon, clubhouse, fitness studio, landscaped gardens, and 24-hour gated security. The development is named after one of Jacob & Co.’s signature timepiece collections.
For AMIS, the sell-out adds to a portfolio the company says has grown to more than AED 2 billion in gross development value across six projects in under two years, operated on a debt-free basis. The developer’s earlier project in District 11, Woodland Residences, is described as on track for handover.
