Kuwait’s Ministry of Defence announced in Statement No. 31 that air defence systems detected 14 hostile drones breaching the country’s airspace over the past 24 hours.
Eight were destroyed, though falling debris caused material damage and left three members of the armed forces with minor injuries, all of whom have received treatment and are in stable condition. Three other drones fell outside the threat area and posed no danger.
Three hostile drones targeted Kuwait International Airport, damaging its radar system, though no casualties were reported. The Kuwaiti Armed Forces affirmed their full readiness to protect the country’s security and sovereignty.
Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu published a short video on Sunday poking fun at social media rumours that he had died or that his recent televised address had been AI-generated.
Appearing at a cafe outside Jerusalem, Netanyahu said sarcastically, “I’m dead for coffee,” employing a colloquial Hebrew expression meaning to love something to death. He then held his hands up to the camera and asked, “Do you want to count the number of fingers?” – a reference to speculation that he appeared to have six fingers in his latest televised address, fuelling claims it was AI-generated.
The prime minister also urged Israeli citizens to follow safety instructions during incoming rocket alerts, saying their resilience “gives strength to me, to the government, to the army, to the Mossad.”

The UAE’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) announced the successful return of approximately 500 Golden Visa holders and residents to the country through air and land entry points, after their return had been delayed due to regional developments including airspace closures and global aviation disruptions.
Both authorities stated that from the outset of the regional crisis, they were fully prepared to respond with precautionary and proactive measures, maintaining continuous coordination with relevant UAE authorities and diplomatic missions abroad, monitoring developments, and updating contingency plans as circumstances evolved.
MoFA and NCEMA reaffirmed that the safety and security of citizens, residents, and visitors remain among the UAE’s top priorities, and that the successful operations reflect the efficiency and professionalism of the country’s institutional framework in addressing challenges under its guiding principle of “People First.”

Since the start of what the ministry described as blatant Iranian attacks, UAE air defences have intercepted a cumulative total of 298 ballistic missiles, 15 cruise missiles, and 1,606 UAVs.
The attacks have resulted in six deaths among Emirati, Pakistani, Nepali and Bangladeshi nationals, and 142 minor to moderate injuries affecting individuals of 28 nationalities.
The Ministry of Defence affirmed that it remains fully prepared to counter any threats and will firmly confront any attempt to undermine the country’s sovereignty, security and stability.
Bahrain’s General Command of the Defence Force announced that its air defence systems have intercepted and destroyed 125 ballistic missiles and 211 drones targeting the kingdom since the start of what it described as brutal Iranian terrorist aggression.
The General Command praised the performance and vigilance of its personnel, expressing pride in their combat readiness and operational efficiency in protecting the country’s skies.
Authorities urged the public to exercise caution, stay away from damaged sites and suspicious objects, and refrain from filming military operations or debris impacts. The public was also reminded to avoid spreading rumours and to rely solely on official and government media for information, alerts, and warnings.
The General Command reiterated that targeting civilian property with ballistic missiles and drones constitutes a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and the UN Charter, and that such indiscriminate attacks represent a direct threat to regional peace and security.

The decision was made in full consultation with the Formula One Group, local promoters, and FIA member clubs in the region.
UAE Attorney-General Dr. Hamad Saif Al Shamsi has ordered the arrest of a further 25 individuals of various nationalities, referring them for expedited trial for publishing misleading content on digital platforms that harms national defence and glorifies military aggression against the UAE.
Investigations and digital monitoring revealed the defendants fell into three groups. The first published real footage of missile interceptions and public gatherings, adding commentary and sound effects to heighten anxiety and potentially expose defensive capabilities.
The second fabricated or recycled content using AI, presenting footage from outside the UAE as having occurred within the country, often adding national flags or dates to lend false credibility.
The third group published content glorifying a hostile state and its leadership, framing its regional military actions as achievements and amplifying hostile propaganda.
The Public Prosecution has begun investigating the charges and ordered the defendants held in preventive detention pending further inquiries.
The Attorney-General stressed that exploiting cyberspace to spread misleading content or compromise the country’s defensive capabilities is a serious criminal offence, particularly given the current circumstances, and that anyone proven involved will face the full weight of the law.
