Miral has announced that Topgolf will open on Yas Island in 2026, with construction now 28 per cent complete. The development marks the second Topgolf venue in the UAE.
The facility is being developed by Miral in partnership with Viya, an authorised franchise partner of Topgolf.
The venue will span 6,500 sqm of Gross Floor Area with a 19,000 sqm outfield driving range.

The venue will include 82 hitting bays, with eight designated as VIP bays. The driving range will use TopTracer technology for ball tracking during gameplay sessions.

The building will feature three levels. The ground floor will house a VR hitting bay, direct access to the tee line for practice and training, lounge space, an event lawn and a Pro Shop for golf equipment.
Topgolf coming to Yas Island Abu Dhabi in 2026 with TopTracer technology
The upper floors will include dining venues, a sports and sky lounge with outdoor terrace spaces, an arcade zone and a flexible event space that can be configured based on demand.

Topgolf Yas Island will join Miral’s portfolio of attractions on Yas Island, which includes Ferrari World Yas Island, Abu Dhabi; Warner Bros. World™ Yas Island, Abu Dhabi; Yas Waterworld Yas Island, Abu Dhabi; SeaWorld® Yas Island, Abu Dhabi; CLYMB™ Yas Island, Abu Dhabi; and Yas Marina.
The venue will be the third golf offering on the island, alongside Yas Links Abu Dhabi and Yas Acres Golf and Country Club.
