M3M India, Smartworld Developers, and ELIE SAAB have announced a partnership to develop Signature Residences by ELIE SAAB in Gurugram and Noida, marking the fashion brand’s first residential developments in India.
The two projects will be located in Sector 111, SCDA (Smart City Delhi Airport), Gurugram, and Sector 98, Noida. Both developments will incorporate ELIE SAAB’s design philosophy into residential spaces through architecture, interiors, and lifestyle elements.
The Gurugram project will be situated within The Billionaire’s Block, an enclave spanning 170 acres within SCDA that will host branded residences. The development will include 300 residences with 4-bedroom units ranging from 4,200 sq. ft. to 4,650 sq. ft.

ELIE SAAB Signature Residences coming to Gurugram, Noida in India by 2030
The residences will feature waterfront views, floor-to-ceiling heights, wrap-around decks, and Jacuzzis integrated within outdoor living spaces.
Located in Sector 98, Noida, the development will span 6 acres and comprise 200 3- and 4-bedroom residences ranging from 2,850 sq. ft. to 3,810 sq. ft., plus 480 1- to 2-bedroom apartments.
The location provides access to South Delhi, Central Noida, Indira Gandhi International Airport, and the upcoming Jewar International Airport. It is positioned near business districts, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and lifestyle destinations, with golf course views.
Interiors and shared spaces will feature furniture and décor from the fashion house’s Maison collection, designed through collaboration between Elie Saab and Carlo Colombo. The pieces are developed under licence by Corporate Brand – A++ Group and crafted in Italy.

Both developments will offer concierge services, wellness and spa facilities, swimming pools, fitness centres, residents’ lounges, and children’s play areas.
The projects are scheduled for completion in 2030.
