R.Evolution has revealed plans for Eywa Way of Water, a waterfront residential development on the Dubai Water Canal that will house 65 private residences.

The project, designed by Zane Tetere of OAD Architects, forms the second phase of the Eywa Collection. The building will feature glazed ceramic panels and marine-inspired bas-reliefs depicting stingrays, sea urchins and other ocean forms on its facade.

Each residence will include air purification systems with MERV14+ filtration and ionisation, alongside Sound Vibration Harmonised Living Water systems. Bedrooms will be EMF-shielded and include grounded sockets.

The interiors will use Roman marble, multilayer beech and oak parquet, and materials selected for air quality. The development has received WiredScore Platinum pre-certification.

One floor will be dedicated to wellness facilities, offering 45 experiences. These include six swimming pools, with a 25-metre infinity pool and an indoor pool, Himalayan salt saunas, infrared and herbal saunas, cryotherapy, Ayurvedic and Japanese therapy suites, and a hammam.
