Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled its completed beachfront, giving the public its first look at the waterfront that will anchor the resort when it opens in Ras Al Khaimah in 2027.
The shoreline stretches 550 metres along the Arabian Gulf, featuring white sand beaches and a sheltered lagoon with calm water suited to swimming, snorkelling, paddleboarding and kayaking.
Submerged rock formations flank the shoreline on both sides. Just offshore, a network of engineered reef units has been installed to encourage marine growth, and coral and sea life have already begun to establish. Osprey nest nearby.
The surrounding waters sit within a broader coastal environment that RAK’s diving community knows well, with 21 dive sites off the coast including natural reefs and shipwrecks, alongside protected marine sanctuaries that support Indian Ocean humpback dolphins, three species of turtle, marbled electric rays and more than 500 species of fish.
The beach has been designed across three distinct zones: Resort Beach, Adult Beach and Enclave Beach. Across all three, guests will have access to chaise lounges and cabanas, including a private Bungalow with a plunge pool and butler service.

Located on Al Marjan Island, less than 50 miles from Dubai International Airport, the property is planned as an integrated resort with 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges and bars, a theater, spa, designer boutiques and event spaces.
