Bkry, the craft bakery founded at Alserkal Avenue in 2024, has opened a new outpost at Nad Al Sheba Mall, adding to the Dubai Retail-operated destination’s dining roster.
The concept centres on artisanal baking, offering pastries, freshly baked goods, handmade spreads and jams alongside specialty coffee.
To mark the Nad Al Sheba opening, Bkry developed four pastries made exclusively for the location: an Ecuadorian Chocolate Brownie Croissant layered with single-origin chocolate, hazelnut spread and candied hazelnuts; a Pistachio Swirl with Amaretto Croissant; a Cardamom Kouign-Amann made with a croissant-brioche hybrid dough; and a Honey Nougatine Croissant filled with honey-almond frangipane, almond praline and orange zest.
