Abdulla Saif Al Nuaimi has formally taken up his post as UAE Ambassador to India, presenting his credentials to President Droupadi Murmu at an official ceremony held at the Presidential Palace, Rashtrapati Bhavan, in New Delhi.
Al Nuaimi conveyed greetings from President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Vice President Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan to President Murmu, along with their wishes for continued prosperity for India’s government and people. Murmu reciprocated with greetings to the UAE leadership and expressed confidence in the incoming ambassador, saying India would provide all necessary support to help him carry out his duties.
Al Nuaimi said he was proud to represent the UAE in India and committed to deepening bilateral ties across multiple areas. The two sides discussed the scope of the UAE-India comprehensive strategic partnership and considered ways to advance cooperation in the interests of both countries.
