flydubai is expanding its Italy operations this summer, with Milan-Bergamo moving to a double-daily schedule from 31 July 2026 and increased daily services to Naples already in place.
The frequency uplift means the carrier will cover Italy across four points: double-daily to Milan-Bergamo, daily to Naples, three times a week to Catania, and twice-weekly seasonal flights to Olbia through the end of August.
There is a temporary disruption to the Naples route, however. Scheduled maintenance works at Naples International Airport will see flydubai redirect those flights to Salerno Costa d’Amalfi and Cilento Airport (QSR) from 1 to 30 November 2026, before Naples services resume on 1 December. Passengers with existing Naples bookings will be automatically rerouted to Salerno, the airline said.

Our priority is to ensure customers continue to enjoy convenient access to the region, in line with our long-term commitment to strengthening connectivity to underserved destinations and supporting the continued flow of trade, tourism and people between the United Arab Emirates and Italy, particularly as travel demand increases during the winter season,” Ghaith Al Ghaith, Chief Executive Officer at flydubai said in a statement.

We look forward to welcoming our customers on board as we connect our destinations in Italy with our expanding network,” Jeyhun Efendi, Divisional Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations and E-commerce at flydubai added.
Both routes operate under the flydubai and Emirates codeshare partnership, with single-ticket bookings and through-checked baggage. Services run from Terminal 3 at Dubai International (DXB).
Return Business Class fares on the Salerno route start from AED 14,135, with Economy Class Lite from AED 2,885. From Salerno, return Business Class fares start from EUR 3,080 and Economy Class Lite from EUR 610.
Beyond Italy, flydubai has recently launched services to Aleppo, Bangkok and Benghazi, with direct flights to Pokhara in Nepal set to begin on September 23, 2026.
