“The sustained demand for family SUVs reflects how UAE buyers continue to prioritise practicality without compromising on comfort or performance. Vehicles like the Nissan Patrol and Toyota Land Cruiser have built a strong reputation for reliability, spacious interiors and excellent resale value, making them attractive choices for both families and individual buyers,” Sherif Magdy, Sales Director at dubizzle Cars said in a statement.

Dubizzle said browsing patterns across the period pointed to buyers weighing up resale value, interior space, and the ability to handle both daily commutes and longer journeys. The platform attributed the appetite for models such as the G-Class, Range Rover, and Defender to sustained demand for vehicles that pair prestige with everyday utility.
