GEMS School Management (GSM), the advisory arm of GEMS Education, has announced plans to explore the establishment of an international school in Limassol, Cyprus, in partnership with CoolSide Development.
Under a non-binding agreement, CoolSide will hold the majority stake in the venture. GSM will provide operational leadership, management expertise, and access to its education platform, which has been built over six decades.
The school will be located in Pyrgos, a district in eastern Limassol that faces the sea. The location is experiencing growth, with local and expatriate families seeking education options in the area. Existing schools in the city operate at full capacity.
