Eagle Hills, the Abu Dhabi-based private real estate developer, has launched two projects in Syria under a new entity, Eagle Hills Syria — one in the hills above Damascus and a second on the Mediterranean coast at Latakia.
The Damascus development, called Damascus Heights, sits roughly 20 minutes from the Old City and draws on the courtyard typology of traditional Syrian domestic architecture.
The project includes villas, townhouses and apartments arranged around shared outdoor spaces with water features and planted shade.
Latakia Yachts and Marina is centred on a working marina and includes beach club facilities, hotels, and residential units, all positioned within 12 minutes of the city’s corniche.
Residences across both projects are priced from USD 1,600 per square metre, with the company noting that prices vary by location, unit type, views and other premium features.
Eagle Hills is pitching the projects to Syrian residents, diaspora buyers and foreign investors, and has published eligibility criteria for those looking to purchase from abroad. The group was founded in Abu Dhabi and has developed projects across the UAE and other international markets.
