Binghatti has closed two penthouse sales at its Bugatti Residences tower in Business Bay totalling more than AED 270 million, the developer announced. The deals, both concluded in June with international buyers, included one penthouse at AED 200 million and a second at AED 70 million.

The transactions follow what the company describes as the region’s largest single property deal on record: a penthouse at the same development sold in December 2025 for AED 550 million. Binghatti says past buyers at the project include Brazilian footballer Neymar Jr., Spanish footballer Aymeric Laporte, and opera singer Andrea Bocelli.

Mohamed Binghatti, chairman of Binghatti Holding, said the sales reflected sustained demand from wealthy international investors. “In Binghatti, we continue to contribute to this momentum by developing quality projects that raise luxury standards and meet the aspirations of clients seeking exceptional and rare real estate assets,” he said.

The Business Bay tower is designed around a set of high-end amenities including an artificial beach, a spa, valet parking, and a private car elevator that allows residents to drive directly into their units.

Dubai’s luxury residential market has maintained strong transaction volumes through the first half of 2026, with developer confidence in branded residences and trophy assets holding firm across the emirate.
