Expo City Dubai has appointed two contractors to oversee MEP works, landscaping and interiors for Al Waha Residences, a residential development scheduled for completion in 2027.
ARCO Group will manage Al Waha at Mobility District, while Al Futtaim Contracting will handle Al Waha at Opportunity District across the project’s two locations at Expo City.
The development comprises more than 500 one- and two-bedroom apartments and duplex lofts across 42 buildings. Al Waha converts infrastructure from Expo 2020 to create homes, with properties shaded by canopies and positioned within walking distance of amenities in the city.
