Cheval Collection has launched a three-bedroom penthouse at Cheval Maison The Palm Dubai, the hospitality group’s flagship Middle East property, adding a high-end option to a building that otherwise offers 131 serviced apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms.

The unit spans 4,200 square feet in total. Its interior living space covers close to 2,000 square feet, with a fully fitted kitchen, four bathrooms, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Two private outdoor terraces account for the remaining 2,200 square feet and offer views toward Atlantis The Palm, three kilometres away. The penthouse connects to the building’s rooftop pool and gym; beach access at Riva Beach Club is available for an additional fee.

Cheval says all materials used in the refurbishment were sourced locally, in line with the company’s sustainability targets.

“Cheval is known and loved for its stunning properties that offer superb living standards, unrivalled service and as much privacy or attention as guests want. Our beautiful new penthouse – the first of a range of exciting upgrades at our properties in Dubai – goes one step further in terms of size, design, location and sustainability. While Cheval Maison offers overnight stays of any duration, we expect the penthouse to be snapped up by a guest looking for long-term living in a place they can call home,” John Raffoul, Cluster General Manager, Cheval Collection in Dubai said in a statement.

The launch follows Cheval Collection’s recent rebrand, which included a new visual identity, website, and updated booking platforms for both consumers and trade partners.

Cheval Maison The Palm opened in 2023 as the group’s first property outside the UK. It has since added Cheval Maison Expo City Dubai and, earlier this year, unveiled Cheval Residences Dubai Islands as its first branded residences project in the emirate.
