PureHealth is expanding the SEHA CLINICS network across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain with 22 new and upgraded facilities scheduled throughout 2026, including six physical primary care clinics, three visa screening centres and six mobile healthcare units. Five existing clinics will also receive service expansions, and two closed sites will reopen.
Several locations have already begun operations this year, with clinics now serving communities in Al Rowdha, Saadiyat Island and Liwa in the Al Dhafra region. Additional sites are set to open before the end of the year.
The mobile units were designed and built by OneHealth, PureHealth’s in-house solutions subsidiary, with the aim of bringing preventive and primary care services beyond fixed clinical settings and into communities directly.
The push comes on the back of strong growth in demand. In 2025, SEHA CLINICS recorded 4.1 million outpatient visits, up 14.5 per cent year-on-year, and 1.4 million visa screenings, up 12.5 per cent year-on-year.
The network, which serves more than 2.4 million people across the emirate, saw specialised visits grow 54 per cent after 100 additional physicians joined the roster. It ended the year with a Net Promoter Score of 70.
The network currently draws on more than 900 doctors across more than 20 specialties. Clinics operate 365 days a year with extended hours and 24-hour coverage at select centres, supported by AI-enabled diagnostics including advanced radiology reporting and retinal screening programmes.

PureHealth has framed the expansion as aligned with the Department of Health Abu Dhabi’s strategy to build a prevention-centred, integrated healthcare system, and with the UAE’s Year of the Family 2026.
