Emaar Hospitality Group will use Arabian Travel Market 2026, running September 14–17 at Dubai World Trade Centre, to lay out an expanding portfolio that stretches well beyond its Dubai base into Sharjah, Saudi Arabia and Ras Al Khaimah.

The group’s most immediate opening is Vida Aljada, which launched on 1 September 2026 in Sharjah’s Aljada mixed-use district. The 175-key property – comprising guestrooms, suites, a three-bedroom penthouse, and one- to three-bedroom serviced apartments – is the Vida brand’s first five-star hotel in Sharjah. It sits within a broader community of retail, dining and entertainment facilities developed by Arada.

Also on show at ATM will be the Emaar South Golf Club, expected to open in Q4 2026. The leisure facility will include an 18-hole championship course, driving range, par-3 course, and a clubhouse with a restaurant, golf shop, locker rooms, and EV charging stations.

Further out, Address Hotels + Resorts is the primary vehicle for Emaar Hospitality’s regional push. Address The Bay at Emaar Beachfront is scheduled to open in Q3 2027, adding a beachfront resort to the brand’s Dubai portfolio.

In Saudi Arabia, Address Diriyah is planned with 204 hotel keys and 60 serviced apartments, plus dining venues, a rooftop pool café, spa and family leisure facilities. The project will sit within the Diriyah culture and heritage destination being developed under Vision 2030.

In Ras Al Khaimah, Address Al Marjan Island is planned as a 196-key beachfront resort with adult, family and children’s pools, a kids’ club, spa, and multiple dining options.

The emirate has been building its profile as a regional leisure destination, and the property would give Address a foothold alongside the several international operators already committed to Al Marjan Island.

Across its broader portfolio, Emaar Hospitality Group also operates Armani Hotels and Resorts, Palace Hotels + Resorts and Al Alamein Hotel, alongside branded residences and serviced apartments. The group will occupy stand HC1210 at the Dubai World Trade Centre during ATM.
