BNW Developments, a Dubai-incorporated real estate developer, has issued a formal public warning after becoming aware that individuals are impersonating the company and approaching banks and financial institutions on its behalf without authorisation.
The company said it has not sanctioned any person to represent it, issue instructions, or conduct communications with any bank or financial institution, whether in the UAE or internationally.
It is asking all banks, financial institutions, and other concerned parties to independently verify the credentials of anyone claiming to act for BNW Developments before responding to any request or instruction.
BNW Developments said verification should be done directly through its authorised representatives and official communication channels. The company added that it will not accept liability for any transaction, commitment, or communication made by an unauthorised individual purporting to act on its behalf.
