dnata Travel has opened a new retail store at One Central in Dubai, its 15th location across the UAE and the first to feature a dedicated premium consultation format.
The store, on the ground floor of One Central, is designed to serve both the business community based in the district and leisure travellers looking for expert guidance on complex itineraries. Services on offer span flights, hotels, cruises, tours, transfers and fully tailored travel packages.
“Travel has become increasingly personal. While customers value the convenience of booking online, many still seek expert guidance when planning complex itineraries, luxury holidays or once-in-a-lifetime experiences. We continue to see strong demand for face-to-face travel consultation, particularly within the premium travel segment. The opening of dnata Travel One Central reflects the continued evolution of our retail offering. We’ve created a space where customers can sit down with our experts, be inspired, and plan everything from a quick weekend escape to a journey they’ve been dreaming of for years,” Meerah Ketait, Head of Retail and Leisure UAE at dnata Travel said in a statement.
She added that the One Central format was conceived to give customers a proper space to plan, rather than a transactional counter. “We’ve created a space where customers can sit down with our experts, be inspired, and plan everything from a quick weekend escape to a journey they’ve been dreaming of for years.”
The store is open seven days a week from 09:00 to 23:00.
