Dubai Police has launched a delivery service for lost-and-found items, allowing residents anywhere in the UAE to have recovered belongings brought to their home or workplace rather than collecting them in person.
The service covers all seven emirates. Residents who have reported an item lost and been notified of its recovery can call the Dubai Police Call Centre on 901 to arrange delivery, bypassing the need to visit a service centre.
The force announced the initiative on its official X account, framing it as part of a broader push to expand smart and customer-focused services and reduce the administrative burden on residents dealing with an already stressful situation.
