Rolls-Royce has revealed the Spectre Series II, an updated version of its all-electric super-coupé that the company positions as the most powerful car it has ever made.
The headline technical change is a range increase of up to 18%, bringing the figure to 390 miles (628 kilometres). Charging time has been cut by 14%, the company says, through improvements to the battery cells.
In Black Badge specification, the Spectre Series II produces 670 horsepower (500 kilowatts) and 1,100 Newton metres of torque when sport mode is engaged.
Inside, the Clock Gallery digital display now spans the full width of the dashboard. It incorporates 8,108 individual light points arranged to simulate drifting fog, alongside a new analogue clock drawn from vintage aircraft instrument design.
Rolls-Royce has also introduced new material options for buyers who commission bespoke interiors. These include Duality Twill, a fabric woven from bamboo fibre that requires millions of stitches to complete, and perforated leather seating cut to a pattern the company describes as resembling cloud movement under moonlight.
