Sobha Realty has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Keeta Drone, a green air delivery company, to introduce air delivery services across its residential communities in the UAE.
The agreement, signed in the presence of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA), makes Sobha Realty the first official Smart Community partner of Keeta Drone in the UAE.
The initiative will be rolled out in phases, with all operations conducted within government-approved frameworks.

Keeta Drone’s delivery ecosystem is designed to offer last-mile logistics that are faster and environmentally conscious, built around community convenience and operational safety. The system will be integrated within Sobha Realty’s developments, beginning with Sobha Hartland.
