Wynn Al Marjan Island has announced Townhomes, its most expansive accommodation category to date, situated within Enclave, the resort’s boutique hotel in Ras Al Khaimah.
Ranging from 630 square metres in two-bedroom configuration to 1,110 square metres across four bedrooms, each Townhome spans two levels and is described by the resort as the largest guest accommodation Wynn has created anywhere in its global portfolio. They will be available by exclusive reservation only, accessed through the Royal Foyer.
The units are designed around a residential logic rather than a hotel one. Each includes a primary suite, private spa with hammam and tepidarium, library, billiards salon, media room, contemporary kitchen, bar, and a sequence of living and entertaining salons. A fully enclosed courtyard with multiple plunge pools and dedicated wellness facilities completes the layout.
“Townhomes move beyond the traditional idea of a villa or penthouse. This is an entirely different category of accommodation, defined by privacy, scale, and a level of residential design rarely found in a resort setting,” Todd-Avery Lenahan, President & Chief Creative Officer, Wynn Design & Development said in a statement.
“What distinguishes the Townhomes is their individuality. Guests will encounter the rare and extraordinary. Every detail has been created specifically for these accommodations, resulting in spaces that feel deeply personal, highly curated, and distinctive as the finest homes anywhere in the world. Space is one of the ultimate luxuries, and guests will experience it unapologetically here. The Townhomes represent the most expansive guest accommodations we have ever created; entirely unique within our global portfolio,” Lenahan added.
Guests in the Townhomes will have access to a private beachfront, dedicated 24-hour butler and culinary staff, and private chauffeured transportation.
With the Townhomes added, Enclave now comprises 323 accommodations in total, spanning suites, Apartments, Townhomes, and Marina and Ocean Estates.
“Enclave was designed as a destination within the resort, and the Townhomes take that concept one step further. They have a character and identity all their own, created for guests seeking the privacy and permanence of a home within a world-class resort,” Lenahan concluded.
