Fitness First Middle East has opened a new club at Al Wahda Mall in Abu Dhabi, expanding its presence in the capital with facilities designed to serve a range of fitness requirements.
The club offers both mixed and ladies-only training areas. The ladies-only section provides a space where women can train without sharing facilities with men.
Training facilities include a group exercise studio, a cycling studio and a reformer pilates studio. The club also features a box zone for sessions focused on strength and stamina development.
