Parkin has announced the implementation of public parking fees in Dubai Maritime City, with charges starting from AED 2 for 30 minutes.
The company has designated the parking spaces under code 321F and installed directional signs to identify the areas covered by the tariff.
“Public parking tariffs have been applied in Dubai Maritime City under Code 321F. Clear signboards have been installed to indicate the designated areas.,” the company explained.
The implementation forms part of Parkin’s efforts to regulate parking management and facilitate the movement of vehicles in area of Dubai.
Parkin explained that the rates apply during operating hours from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
The hourly rates start at AED2 for half an hour and AED4 for an hour. Drivers pay AED8 for two hours, AED12 for three hours, AED16 for four hours, AED20 for five hours, AED24 for six hours, AED28 for seven hours, and AED32 for 14 hours.
The tariff reaches a maximum of AED 32 for a 14-hour period within the operating window.
Subscription options for users
Parkin offers public parking subscription options in Dubai Maritime City to meet the needs of employees and visitors who require parking on a basis.
A monthly subscription costs AED315. A three-month subscription is available for AED840, while a six-month subscription costs AED1,680. Users can purchase an annual subscription for AED2,940.
The subscription options aim to provide flexibility for users and ensure access to parking in the area.

The introduction of the Code 321F system brings Dubai Maritime City in line with parking management systems that operate in other parts of Dubai.
