Grovy Developers has operated in the UAE market since 2015, delivering residential developments that are now fully operational. Its move into the branded residences segment is positioned as a deliberate strategy to raise residential living standards and create long-term value for investors.

“Branded residences are reshaping real estate investment in Dubai. Hotel-grade services underpin the residence, backed by the quality assurance of an international hospitality brand. Residents will have access to more than 20 leisure amenities, including an aqua gym, golf simulator, open theatre, and a temperature-controlled infinity pool.

The residence is among a select number of properties approved for short-term leasing on Dubai Islands, an arrangement that adds a layer of appeal for investors seeking rental income.

The development is situated in the cultural district of Dubai Islands, a master-planned coastal destination with open beaches, green spaces, and direct city access. Its positioning is aligned with the Dubai 2040 Urban Masterplan, which targets long-term urban and economic growth.
