An Egyptian national tragically lost his life during the evacuation of the site, while four others sustained minor injuries โ two Pakistani nationals and two Egyptian nationals. Significant damage occurred at the facilities and an assessment is ongoing.

UAE Air Defence Forces intercepted 18 ballistic missiles, 4 cruise missiles, and 47 drones launched from Iran on April 3, 2026.

The changes also include the elimination of the previous 50% tariff on derivative products made from these metals if the metal content of the product is less than 15% by weight.
